I would claim that people with a strong gut system look facially better than those with a weak one

It’s also been shown gut health correlates with mental health and there’s a hypothesis which argues that Autistic people often have missing important gut bacteria

yeah i think so too. my gut health is incredible, probably due to genetics. i'm not a really healthy eather. i look young and my skin is smooth and nice.
it's related i guess.

if someone had bad gut health during development and it would affect mental health in bad way
That would cause higher cortisol level which would impacts negativly facial growth

HUGE cope, I haven’t been sick for years and I rarely get sick but I have severe acne and shit facial aesthetics meanwhile my friend has asthma, gets sick ect but mogs md and doesn’t have acne

I think its linked to things more than the experts admit. I wouldn't be surprised if there is a link with that due to the modern terrible diets causing excess bad gut bacteria with too little good gut bacteria and autism skyrocketing.

Asthma has nothing to do with the gut and it’s not about how ur gut is now but how it was during your development in the womb

athma has a lot to do with the gut. Asthma is an allergy, all allergies stem from intestinal permeability.
