so i want to begin health indicator maxxing and i decided to begin with my diet im african nigerian specifically and idrk what foods to cut out and stuff if anyone is knowledgable in this area pls lmk if not then dont drop hate although i doubt that stops you

just reduce processed foods, sugar, too much oil, and huge carb portions, and focus more on protein, vegetables, and mostly drinking water.

Hydration is key above all. Other guy explained it pretty well. Pretty much everything you think is bad for you is probably really shit for you.

Cut out soda if you’re a soda drinker and stay strictly to purified water, and milk.
Cut out fried foods, especially fried restaurant foods that are drenched in oil.

Another thing that I preach that helps diet maxing is sleep.
When your ghrelin increases its likely because your body is lacking the nutrients it needs.
Similarly your leptin is super down because your body has been running so long and it needs more nutrients to keep going.
Also when you lack sleep your body craves shittier foods to satisfy it. So sleep max aswell. DSIP + Melatonin I heard works great. Or just put down the mf phone lol.
