Basically there is such a huge connection between gut and brain that if you start to have digestive issues you might get those symptoms which i got since i have this problem

I went to the doctor and made a rectoscopy and said i just the sigmod part of the colon inflamated,but he said the inflamation was regressing already . I will go to a psychiatrist next week cuz i cant live like that wtf
