disagree tbh. you did lipo so you know some people just have more fat. it is harder if not impossible to get hollow cheeks

Agree with the part some have stubborn areas but with buccal fat removal it's wrongly indicated, as a bimax and genioplasty can stretch the soft tissues and spread the fat out.

Also having high cheek bones acts as a coat hanger to the fat cheek.

Also some just need to lose weight in general.

+ also need to be concerned with ageing.

Only when all the above is addressed is buccal fat removal is ok.

I have ultra chubby cheeks but no surgeon wants to do buccal fat removal as my jaws are tiny asf thats the problem.
