Chances are it was just puberty if not I doubt it was an osteotomy. Implants are more likely than fillers.

serious question, we need a method to be able to tell the difference between mewing results and surgery results. The angles here are different, however if he truly had surgery it would appear based on the change in lip seal that he would have needed some form of bimax to change bite position. His nose also changed thus he would have also needed some sort of rhino. would be interesting if someone high IQ and open minded could analyze this. Personally, I have no idea, although I do believe that at 18 one could hard mew and get such a result.
