Guy comments on my lack of Growth

Just went to a friend house. He commented that I hadn't changed at all since 14, I'm 17 now btw.

I was 5'8 at 14 with a certain face and I look the same now.

What is happening? Am I in for a growth spurt or did I truly peak at 14?
