This is actually the sensible amount of filler to avoid migration issues.

Having literal abcesses full of hyalyronic acid is no way to create a chin and jaw.

Wrong tool for the job, needed an implant or genioplasty. It’s still technically an improvement and filler is charged by the mL so likely wasn’t expensive.
