I never saw a unnatural or comical looking osteotomy result.
At the same time 60-70% of implant results that i researched, looked uncanny and not good.
Of course implants can boost attractiveness and psl a lot more than osteotomies, but at the same time the risk of looking stupid is a lot higher.

you people never go to a surgeon and see their catalog.
you only see botched people online. %99 of the people will never share before after pictures.


ps : i'm talking about recession. if you are recessed go for osteotomies but for projection and width, osteotomy is useless as hell.

Lefort 3 doesn't actually have any aesthetic benefits unless you're severely deformed. Lefort 2 or a high lefort 1 would be far better.
