He doesnt real it doesnt work in hes country because the government is corrupt and 88 percent of the citizens are in poverty. He doesnt look at countries like iceland,norway,finland,denmark, and sweden. Instead of blaming hes bad government he blames outside things like socialism.

Cuba had something like slavery before the revolution, now they have better healthcare metrics including longer life expectancy than the US. If anything they do very well in spite of the US blockade and sanctions against them, that purposely chokes their economy, I’m sure this stupid video left that part out.
