I have ridden my bike for 1 hour in broad daylight every day for a month now, I lift with protein and Creatine every day, I eat low carb diet then backload with pasta at night. Doing better but not recovered. It’s an autoimmune condition, you have to weaken your immune system then go in with pro-androgen stuff.

it doesnt happen for everybody, but my guess is that if you block dht in your whole body (not topically), the testosterone will not be able to convert into dht, but converts into estrogen. This COULD change your sexual preferences, it rarely does, but it happens appearently.
