i was rubbing my hair as usual, i have wavy to curly hair

my hair:

i was rubbing or like scratching my hair form the back
AND A WHOLE HAIR JUST WENT OUT TOGETHER
LIKE NOT EVEN 1 or 2 LIKE A 100

is it normal for long hair???

It either that you don’t detangle your hair and have a harmful shampo but if your actually balding hop on hop on finastride.

Is there a hair loss history in your family? then the norwood reaper will also come for you but with finasterid and minoxidil you´l stop the curse

im only one in my whole family to have this type of hair

probably tangled hair nothing to worry about you mentioned not brushing it that's probably why start brushing it and look if you still lose allot of hair its normal to shed some hair when your type is curly
