Im diagnosed with ADHD and I have SAD (kind of, idk I just think abt shit after the interaction happens I just like always end up in my room just worried abt shit I did or said although it kind of depends I dont do it that much, im also not diagnosed with SAD ) do u do this too or have ADHD?
