You really dont need to lol. Just eat more food do cardio 30min a day and hard traning. Traps should be your number 1 muscle group to train.. You prob mid puberty so test and natural gh should be high.

Just dont eat after 5 or drink after 5. Dont drink water wirh you food but after. Have 2-3times where you drink 1l water each if thats cool do it 4times. Body will be taking upp the water it needs and be pissing out the rest not storing it to much
