That said, your chin height from the front is within ideal range ; and your chin is not laterally receded (lip assessments are ok, and it is not set behind the nasion). If anything, it's your gonial angle (~100°) that generates a rather flat mandible (from the side), which in turn gives the impression of a short chin (still from the side).
So could you get vertical genio ? Probably, yeah. It would improve your jaw frontal angle (currently too obtuse) and your side profile.
But I believe rhino + supra/infraorbital fat grafting to have the highest ROI at this point in time. If your budget restricts your choice, then I would favor these 2 ; if you have enough funds to do all 3 of them, great.
On top of fat grafting, laser treatment might be necessary in case of orbital hyperpigmentation, which is a flaw often observed on Indian people.
Last but not least, fat loss to get rid of those bloated cheeks. If the bloated appearance persists after general fat loss, buccal fat removal may be considered.
