If you fix your diet and/or add more physical activity to your daily routine in order to achieve general fat loss, it will probably take 3-6 months to reach an appropriate physical condition.
If you pin retatrutide, I guess you could get there in 4-6 weeks (to be confirmed).

I just need a forehead reduction now and a thousand grafts for reinforcement and i’ll be good. I’m on everything rn so i probably won’t bald my hairlines better noe than it was at 17 so ig it’s a sign i might be able to get better.
