most u can do at 14 is hydrocortisone which could help shrink it, apply to nose once every night while u sleep. however, I do not recommend using any steroid long term like that bc u will develop hormonal acne

Sometimes your nose grows faster than the rest of your face, I had the same issue, eat nutritious and there is a good chance that you will grow into your nose. If your parents don’t also have huge noses of course
