Long face/narrow width, a bit bulbous nose, negative cantil tilt, upper eyelid exposure. Good eyelashes, nice ramus jawline visibility. Not many softmazxes except maybe gym esp making your neck wider, and get a second earring it looks a bit zest with only 1

its kinda hard to tell tbh, its more like crowding or healty, my bad habit was pressing my teeth with my tongue as a resting position, my dentist says that i will get braces at 16

Imo thumb pulling is cope. Anything jaw/ bone related realistically gonna require surgery.

But I wouldn’t worry about ur face width, it matches your face and doesn’t look uncanny at all.
