Do you think facial fat distribution and buccal fat size/location have a big impact on hollow cheeks? Or its more about bones
I'm like 11% bf with good zygos and I aint have hollow cheeks

but sometimes I see guys with regular bonemass with hollow cheeks like this guy in the video

Depends what you mean by hollow cheeks
That shadow doesn’t happen in all lighting
But you can see how the person has a gap there
You gotta be pretty lean for it though

bones + low bf mostly

A real 10% has veins running up their abs, and 8% you will see quad striations. Body fat distribution matters far less when there’s no fat to distribute, some just has to be lower than others.

my htn friend has hollows in all lighting, if ur hollows r ''lighting'' dependent then they arent true hollows

ofc it gets stronger with lighitng, however angularity and features will always SHOW regardless
