I mean at least i would look average if i get fat under eyes which eould fix sclera show
 
Use tretinoin for dark circles

Under eye fat won’t fix scleral show
 
undereye filler , fat transportation , or volufiline (some people say it’s cap tho)
 
Eat more fat and nutrition, get more sleep/rest, less exercise and minimize stress

I honestly feel like leanmaxxing is overrated I don't see how it could make such a difference. I could be wrong tho.
