yeah i need to train abs more i dont think im skinny fat i have solid lifts i bench 175 and deadlift and squat like mid-high 200'snigga ur too light for ur height ur probably skinny fat, but I see some muscle mass so u might not be training ur abs properly or just have bad ab genetics
I would recommend eating at your calorie maintenance with lots of protein there is a lot of diet threads

solid lifts for ur weight btw the main reason is probably training and genetics I'm like 17bf (5'8-5'9) rn but I got pretty visible 4 packs on the other hand my friend with 13% bf has a similar body (5'10) to u like veiny arms but no abs
