unfortunately you can't really do that. Lots of the time you'd be lucky to downgrade the OS or at the very least upgrade the OS to ios 27 beta 4 and then downgrade it to beta 2-1-3 and repeat until you get an OS corruption which should clean the device.

Then just upload a working OS beta or final v i think it's been released and is still being signed actively by apple; you should have a brand new phone by then.

Good luck, pretty low learning curve so you should be able to do this by tonight if you have a macbook.
