There's no real way to tell without getting your T levels checked. And using DHT gel would work but it's very difficult to source since it's very rarlely prescribed and is not mass produced. Even if you somehow source DHT gel that isn't fake, you'll have to run test anyway, because as with any exogenous androgen, it will shut down natural T production and then you'll be left with DHT as your primary androgen which is NOT what you want. So you're better off just running test which will convert to DHT anyway.
