I really want more bonemass, since theres nothing much to do about it i'll just cope with it.

-I try to get as much Vitamin D/K
-Eat much calcium, magnesium and zinc
-Workout with weights.
-Praying to David Gandy

how is working out gonna give you more bonemass
 
The last step has a higher likelihood of working than the other 3
