Multiple facial implants after massive genioplasty a year prior. Veneers and skin lasering. 3.5 to 5 PSL. He slays about the same as me, a natural 5 PSL. He confided in me and I keep his secret. He did this a year ago. His life went from “creepy loser” to “adorable quirky chad” overnight. That got me into looksmaxxing myself. So he did two implants, Eppley does this sort of augmentation all the time, very few of his actual ascensions will post their pictures online. My friend ascended and told Eppley not to use his photos as an example. Eppley said it was cool and that almost nobody who does major implants allows their pictures used because most of them become extremely good looking afterwards and don’t want the world knowing how they got more attractive.

He never told me but money was never an issue for him he just paid in cash I assume. Based off what I know of Eppley’s prices it was at least 30k USD? The results were worth it though he went from unattractive to well above average. He’s as attractive as me now and we slay together at bars and shit sometimes. I almost didn’t recognize him after surgery. His facial features like nose and lips looked ugly before surgery but after surgery were chad tier because they were droopy due to bad bone support. His eyes changed a lot, he had droopy and scleral show but now his eyes while not hunter are fairly nice

I’d ask him about what he paid but he said he wants to forget he ever did surgery and move on in life so he won’t entertain any questions about his surgery, he gets pissed when I mention surgeries I want to do but will at least be a bro and help me a bit.
