I just found about something called "hyprax type palatal expander" it expands your maxilla (during puberty) and also it's really really REALLY cheap it's like 15$ or so, so is it good? have yall heard of it before?, let's discuss about it bec it's insane and also it widens the maxilla by 4mm-12mm to kids under 15-16 Years old, it's insane

There's just endless spamming of shitty palatal expanders in the cosmetic section.
