I have applied to 19 jobs, my resume and cover letter are so perfect, and my qualifications meet the requirements, yet I'm still getting ghosted or rejected, it must be some HR roasties rejecting me bc of my age.

Jobsindeed

my only hope is that this job accepts me, I don't want a $13 paying job, I have a lot of experience working in warehouses therefore i should be compensated $16-21/hr, if not, then I will continue to neet

Is there anyway to send out a lot of applications at once? I keep having to change job websites for positions I want and it takes too long for me to redoing my application

Depends where you live man. 13 an hour could be decent or it could be slave wages. As long as you live at home money isn't insanely important for a job.

Just apply everywhere and you will get a job in 3 weeks time.

Why are you applying on Indeed? Heres a tip, actually go to their website and apply there. I'm also 100% certain your CV and resume are not up to far. Another tip is that if your resume is garbage, you could've gone to Harvard with a 4.0 and still you won't get hired. Actually hire a resume writing service to help you. It costs $50-100, a well worthwhile investment. If you don't have a 3.0+ GPA, leave it off the resume.

If you're not getting callbacks for a "warehouse associate" position, you're definitely subhuman.

Bartender/chef. I work a lot overtime so despite my shitty hourly i still make almost $3000 a month which is shit in usa and developed countries but not that far from average wage in my shithole while not paying for rent or even food as i eat at the resturaunt and abuse that system to get maximum protein.

Bcuz Burgenland is only good for people with dedication. Sweden is perfect for lazy slobs but you can’t get rich here.

This is how easy getting a job is if you're NT

She even said in the interview: "I care more about your VIBE than anything else"

19 is nothing.

I applied to 200 job postings (finance), I got 6 interviews and 2 job offers.

It’s a numbers game.

Keep grinding.
