So im 15 and kinda chubby, i wanna change that so im trynna do a diet 1 day eating only 1 meal and fruits and the other day only fruits while doing 5k+ steps ofc, what yall think about that?

Since ur 15 just do a recomp dont cut unless u want to be a recessed manlet

Whats recomp bro
(Body recomposition) in your case at 15 and a chubster eat only meats (beef, chicken, fish etc) eggs, fruits and dairy eat until ur full don’t stuff urself it will be hard to overeat on these foods since they are satiating and u will hit all ur vitamins and minerals for bone growth (height etc..) and go to the gym get a good split to build muscle and u will naturally lean out overtime
