Guys is my lower eyelid normal?

I noticed how the past even half years I have this problem with my lower eyelid being more droopy than anyother. And it’s having a bigger eyebag? And my under eye being more red than the other. I didn’t have this before and because of it my lower eyelid is droopier than another. How do I fix this problem?

It's an indication that your eyelids supporting structure is weakening, I'd get it checked.
