I am a 6’0ft tall 17m, in this day and age that is manlet. Is there anyway I can grow an extra 2 inches, I have resumed my spinal stretching. Will that work?

okay with your question if there's a way to grow 2 inch, its high chance for both to grow and not to grow. just sleep early eat healthy and good habits do this for years without breaking it and I can promise you a little growth

if you are actually 6'0, you have nothing to worry about and you can just call yourself 6'2 (or even more with shoes/lifts). Most guys who say they are 6'0 are 5'10

6ft is already good but just sleep more and stay lean to grow
