ofc i didnt change major things such as bodyfat i did small changes grew the hair and eyebrows out dyed them both black

nose is lens distortion i called it a mikro asscenion because its that i grew the hair out grew the eyebrows out and got slightly better skin i fixed misc and coloring ik its not a major change that would come once i am very lean and do more but i posted this because i think i went from lltn to hltn
