Guys keep looking behind themselves as I walk towards them on the street

Due to my difficulty with adapting to my post surgery occlusion my mouth looks quite dragged down and mandible looks tense which makes me look angry
When I walk down the street, guys probably see my facial expression and think I am mad at someone I am walking towards so they check behind them to see if there's anyone else around but then realize it's just them in front of me and likely enter a state of fear thinking they might be a target for me
