- Trying to colour max. I am ethnic but not dark. I was thinking if I use factor 100 sunscreen, use vitamine d3 supplements and then premium self tanner I get the perfect skin colour. My skin range is from ethnic white in winter when I avoid sun to mediterian / kinda close to Indian in the summer. Also bought contact lenses in different colours to find the perfect colour for me. I think i got decent eye area,just dark Brown eyes.
- Was also thinking about starting my first cycle. Training for a long time and not that big. You can see that i lift a little but and i got some swimmer body atm (was all my life small and skinny )
I started a diet plan so I got some progress again, perhaps stay natty for few months. Currently like 72k 15% at 1.73m. Use to be like 55kg at 1.70m but 12% fat.
- change my haircut from middle long to Zayn Malik haircut with fades on the sides see how to goes,next week.
- going for BSSO + LEFORT 1 with jaw /cheekbone inplants or MSE first woth those surgery cant decide atm.
-and perhaps some fashion maxing.
