My WEEWEE hasnt grown ever since i was 13/14 somewhere around that age and even if it did it was only a TEENY TEENSY TINY bit of growth, i am now turning 17 in a couple of months, is this just because of my inner dormant powers that will cause me to have a CRAZY penis spurt or is it really really over?

same happened to me. It grew to 17cm until 14 and then stopped. Together with body hair growth, but puberty in myself (height, facial change) occur after 15. Really weird.
