Imma 15.4 and have baby face fat idk how to get better cheeks and more shi have low hyoid imma 57kg 180cm idk whats my bf tbh (skinny fat( need some advices

dissapears at roughly the age of 18-22. and then even more as you age

eat more protein. you dont even have to cut to be in a caloric deficit. switch some donuts for some more chicken and you'll be fine. one of the reasons you may be boneless is that you dont eat enough protein so fix that

I started eating vitamins and more better food than sweets btw y think that creatine might gimme anything? And i should eat scrambled eggs often? (6) eggs

I have checked and imma bloated , js hold your fingers at your cheeks for around 5 second and if they comeback slowly 1-2 second then youre js bloated and if they bounce instsnly youre js fat so i guess gym might save me asf

Whenever you want tbh, if you're younger you'll just have to accept you may prematurely close your growth plates. clav started at 14.
