if ur planning to stay natty get atleast 1000mg calcium a day, also focus on supplement usage as u probably aren’t getting enough, k2+d3, vitamin c, and zinc+magnesium or zma , ask ai on when to use. Those are main ones, I have also lactoferrin and boron, check if ur late bloomer too, up the weight a bit u need to eat enough during puberty ur close to underweight
