dental prognathism can be fixed through braces, but only for maxilla and mandible. meaning if your teeth look like this and causes it then it cna be fixed, but skeletal prognathism needs surgery

squint bottom eyelid
do exercises like eyelid pulling and stretching (sound like cope but its not)
