really does depend tho,for many it closes between 16-19. the reason why many stop growing around 16 is bc your GNRH, therfore HGH,therefore IGF-1 production is much lower. you still usually have 1-2 years of possible growth / open growth plates but your body doesnt have the hormones to stimulate them
