Dye your eyebrows+grow your hair out to middle of your ears. Keep eating healthy no sugar. Sleep 9 hours or at least 8 and sleep early don’t stay up on your phone

yeah phillipines from what ive seen has a pretty low avg so you dont even need to ascend that much to be above average where you live, can you send a side profile pic too?
