I saw two type of mask on alixpress one of them is full face mask and other one is eye mask which one do you prefer guys, can full face mask cause my all face get fat ?

isn't the goal of ice hooding to get more fat on the upper eyelid? shouldn't you just focus on that since you obv don't want to get more fat on the rest of your face?

Doesn't work like that, they are two different kinds of fat.

Which means that by icehooding you'll lose "bad fat" in the rest of your face, and at the same time you will gain "good fat" in your upper eyelid.

Brown fat is the "good"one in your eyelid, white fat is the" bad" onein the rest of your face.

Cold showers in the morning as well.skinn gets tighter when cold. I noticed that in the winter my face gets much more chiseled.

You guys have to drop this idea of fat deposits and brown fat/white fat. The guy who initially came up with the ice hooding thing was just throwing theories around and said that he can’t be sure himself how it works. It’s all speculation.

All that can be ascertained is that it does seem to make the eyes look more hooded, and that’s it
