There's a lot of people talking about women preferring taller looking men and of course people generally prefer unblemished skin without wrinkles as well. So if you're interested in women why would you as a guy abstain from more advantageous fashion choices worn by the number one host in Japan like high heels, makeup and long bleached hair? You could also start a skincare routine if you don't already have one and get botox so your skin won't look too... mature and the makeup will adhere better. Even if you'd rather go for a more petite look without the heels I think you should at least crossdress along with maybe some makeup as well to attract the people who'd be interested in the more petite feminine look you're clearly going for... Unless you're aiming to not catch the eye of anyone of course. If you're tired of these rigid male beauty standards you could always... develop your personalities.
