I was weak as heck in the gym my pr was probably 22 kg in each hand in incline dumbbell press tbh

my pr on dip is 45kg with 80 bw

Crazy, i think i could do max 18kg

But it was prolly adding 5 reps in 2 sessions to incline dumbell press and feeling my chest bounce a little when flexing

The fact is i don't even know my prs

Since i have limited weight at home i have to do 10kg per arm on almost every exercise

Im stating that because i remember i could dumbell press 16kg per arm for 6 reps a few months ago and can almost curl it
