Im gonna start with a 6x week workout

i wanna be active and 3x a week is not enough for that

PPL split right?


but what exercises should i do lads?

Just follow a program don't make your own as you will miserably fail

jason blaha 5x5 is good enough your just gonna over train and hurt yourself if you need programs message me

Just follow a program don't make your own as you will miserably fail
why?

not going gym 3x a week waste of money and im young and can smash these weights easliy

i wanna go gym daily

i used to be an athlete as a kid

then let myself go over the yrs

most programs are dogshit and 3x a week is nothing

6x a week gets way more gains and increases T levels a lot more
 
why?

not going gym 3x a week waste of money and im young and can smash these weights easliy

Either upper/lower or PPL split

drink 4 litres water a day

work out in the morning

take zinc and Mg daily

Do compounds those are important you gotta gain strength. Tbh you will probably train legs for max 3 weeks and then give up on em its aids. Im assuming you want aesthetics? Just make sure you keep doing the program don't hop. Just find a premade PPL program you like

im 6ft 3 big frame from swimming for yrs and playing sports
 
/r/gainit and /r/fitness has all the information you could possibly need for this
