Gymcels help me out is this routine good and if not what can i do to tweak it?:
GYM

Day 1: Upper

3x10 Incline Chest Press

4x10 bench Press

3x10 Lat Pulldown

3x10 Unilateral Lat Row

3x10 T-Bar row

4x10 Shoulder press

4x10 Lateral raises

4x10 Overhead Extensions

3x10 Preacher curls

3x10 CRT Pushdowns



Day 2: Lower

3x10-2RIR Reverse pec deck

3x10-2RIR Abductor

4x10-2RIR Leg Extensions

4x10-2RIR Leg curls

4x10-2RIR Leg press

3x10-2RIR Calf Raises


Day 3 rest


Day 4: Upper



Day 5: Lower



Day 6: Rest

Day 7: Rest

34 set upper holy shit, lower your sets to 3x8 for ur accessories and more difficult movements like shoulder presses u could go 2x failure, i used to do u/l but upper sessions took so long i switched to a/p/r repeat and its amazing
Lifting man made metal holy stress and cortisol spikes

it’s solid but u have way too many works out for day 1 holy fatiguemaxxing
