3 times a week is fine.nigger i fucking said i cant go more than 3 times and it doesnt matter if its 5 sessions a week and what matters is how many times you hit each muscle group a week and at least it should be 2 tomes which is what i am doing.
that's how much i go.
you should aim to do 2 sets, hopefully you will reach failure on the second set.
