I'm 15 (2011) and have been working out for about 2 years(maybe?) and have seen some growth but i want some real advice from people who know what they're talking about. Attached is my progress through the years (first is from when i was 12, second from when i was 13 and third is now). At the moment I'm on a cut just not eating much except from protein nd carbs but I'm just trying to shred a little more. Abdominal definition is improving slowly and my shoulders and lats are growing.
The story of how i changed is here so skip if you dgaf but i went from being a little fat kid to being practically a skeleton and then bulked up a little more. I was fat because my parents were fat and i knew no better but started getting bullied for it so i js starved myself and developed ana and mia but after that i got bullied for being victim weight so i bulked up and started training mma. Right now i am one of the biggest people at my school but I'm quickly being overtaken by the "gym kids" who just hopped on roids and got huge in 5 months so it's kinda fucked but what can i do about it. Anyway I'm staying natty until i can afford peps and shit so i just wanna maximise myself before i hop on.
