i dont really expect anything helpful from users on here but still posting.

My clavicles are narrow as hell i have a wide waist and wide hips. The gym is one of the only things i enjoy and i really want to pursue it but my frame is just so bad. I'm just wondering if i would be able to fully return to lifting heavy, training to failure and pursuing bodybuilding etc. if i got this surgery. I honestly might as well quit the gym with my current frame so idk which is worse. But ideally i want to be able to train hard and get stronger so if anyone has experience and knowledge about what it's like please help me out. Is it possible to fully recover and lift or will i just have to half ass it and not be able to lift properly.

There is always some risk, but you should be able to after a perfect recovery.

Patients having undergone such a surgery have only ever noted catastrophe, poor mobility post operation.

There is supposedly a russian clinic that does the surgery in the manner mentioned in the thread above but I don't know of any reported outcomes
