I just failed 60kg today after 6 months of training my diet has been bulk and cut on and off eating maccas and bullshit my goal has been to hit 60kg by the end of the year and today was my final push day of the year and I failed I’m so disappointed in myself is bulk worth it I’m 5’10 59kg ish 14 years old and I’m unsure what to do

Having excess fat in your body does help a bit with strength but dont expect any additional muscular gains from a "bulk". If i were you i would have more patience and not hyper fixate on just getting the weight up, make sure your maintaining a good physique as it triumphs any marginal bench squat etc pr your might be going for
 
My physique is dog shit my hips are just genetically wide which makes me look constantly fat even though my bf is so low I have slightly visible abs
