I've been lifting for about 7 months and haven't really bothered with diet, just eat what my mom makes. But now that I have more spare time I want to invest more time into dieting. I'm 145 pounds with decent muscle mass but want a diet that fulfils my protein goals.

Can someone drop a routine of what they eat in a day? Thanks
 
steak tatar or steak during the day w eggs as breakfast, 3L+ of raw milk between 6pm and bedtime.that s all u need. no supplements etc

the thing about protein is that it satiates you so if you only eat protein until you are full you'll be fine​

9 oz 80 20 ground beef with 1 cup of rice and 28g of shredded cheese with sour cream
That's like 900 cals
Eat twice a day with protein shake
That's like 3000+ cals easy
