Gym and nutrition

I’ve previously gone to the gym consistently everyday for about 5 months and got a pretty good body. I got a job, more responsibilities with school and outside of school, and just life catching up with me in general. Anyways I haven’t gone to the gym in like 7 months, got put on adderal and lost a lot of weight and muscle mass, down around 15 pounds from my peak. I have pretty good basic knowledge about nutrition and working out and how it works ect. I’m looking to see if anyone with experience would be willing to help me out with some good nutrition advice and a new workout routine, previously I used pplUL and it got boring really quick. I am 17M 6’0 150lbs sitting around 9-12% bf possibly lower which absolutely disgusts me. I’d like some basic nutrition advice with good macros and calories needed for a slow muscular bulk with around 2.5-4lbs gain per month. If anyone could suggest a good workout routine that’s fun and focuses mainly on back, chest, and delts, while not neglecting arms and legs that would be massively appreciated. Any opinions are welcomed please share your thoughts.
