Gym at caloric maintance

So if im new to the gym And i dont gain or lose weight but gain strenght, does my bf% get lower as i get some muscle?
 
Eating at maintenance? No
Just sack up and bulk boyo

Why cannot you just bulk or cut?
 
I'm currently eating at maintenance to recomp my skinny-fat physique, but I heard it takes too long. I might just end up cutting down to 10%-12% bodyfat and go on a year long lean bulk.
 
U might look a bit fuller cuz u said u gained strength. When u gain strength ur type 1 muscle fibers are usually the primary cause for it. Type 1 muscle fibers help with getting denser and harder muscles, so In theory u might have gained some muscles and dropped bf% because of ratios but it won’t be that significant.
