GYM BRAHS HELP - FBW 2 days/week or Upper+Lower 4 days/week?

Been lifting for 4 months before gyms closed (they just opened in Poland yesterday).

I've trained FBW three times a week before, but I ate like a bird. Now I got all I need for food and 4kg of protein supplies (enough for 2 months straight), and wonder if I should keep going FBW (I really liked that plan and feel comfortable with it) or try something like Upper/Lower split but 4 times a week and do two exercises for each muscle group?

I should add that I have physical job in warehouse, not really super hard like construction job, but sometimes I have to lift some 25kg boxes.

Please help a Barrett out

upper lower is easier imo unless you have the work capacity of an athlete I would prefer it over full body.
